Free and Premium films, and credits
Free films
Free films are in one format (landscape, portrait or square), cover up to 200 km with 10 moments, and join the queue: they're usually ready within a few hours.
Premium films
- All three formats from one film: landscape, portrait and square
- Routes up to 2,000 km with up to 50 moments and 4 photos per moment
- Your choice of music, with a preview of each track
- Your choice of route colour
- No queue: ready in minutes
Credits
Premium films use credits: one credit per video, so a film in all three formats uses 3. Credits are only used when you press Make my film, and come back to you if the film fails. Your balance shows at the top of the editor.
Getting credits
- Every account gets one free credit to try Premium.
- Explorer members get 6 credits every year of their membership. Unused ones don't carry over to the next year.
- Anyone signed in can buy 6 credits at a time. Bought credits never expire.
Skip the wait
Sent a free film and don't want to wait? While it's in the queue, press Skip the wait to make it a Premium film: it uses a credit and goes to the front of the queue.
